Why do I need an ongoing plan when my web host updates my WordPress version?
Web hosting providers may or may not update your WordPress software for you (please check their policy), but all web hosts will not update your plugins.
Multiple authors create WordPress plugins and are consistently updated to newer versions to comply with the latest version of WordPress or to address security issues and bugs. It is not guaranteed that the mandated updates to WordPress will not break the website, nor will plugins continue to function if not updated.
For this reason, having a trained web specialist on hand to monitor the website is necessary to update, roll back, replace, or even adjust the theme to continue optimal performance.

Can I change my plan or cancel at any time?
Yes, our plans are billed monthly, so you can sign up for one month of support and cancel or switch your plan at any time. We ask you to give us 5 days' notice so we can carry out our last thorough website update and remove our administrator credentials.

What happens if a plugin or theme update breaks my site?
We can fix it. The site is immediately rolled back to the backup state taken before performing the update, and then we investigate the issue.

Do you offer web hosting?
We work with WP Engine and Siteground to host your website. You own your hosting account and provide us access to do our work. If you are happy with your current hosting service, we can also work with that.

We are happy to create a custom quote for any of your needs.
